Whitetail Hunting Info/gear list
Whitetail hunts run through the month of November,
Our hunts are eight days.

weather can vary during whitetail hunts, warm clothing is recommended as it is the beginning of our winter. weather can be 0C (32F) to -30C (-22F). Proper insulation and layers will make you more comfortable during your hunt. transportation to and from stands will be by truck, atv or snowmobile.

Good set of insulated hunting boots
one set of camp shoes if desired.
recommend warm gloves, socks, neck warmer/head covering

Soft gun case when traveling to and from stand
two boxes of ammo

knife, flashlight (headlamp), lighter, water bottle, binoculars,
range finder if desired, day pack, disposable heat pads

Making a Payment
​
We accept cheques, bank drafts, and e-transfers, sorry no credit card payments.
Hunts are booked on the basis of price and availability
at the time the deposit is received.
A deposit of 50% of the hunt cost is required to book a hunt.
the other 50% is required upon arrival.

Cancellation Policy
​
Deposits are non-refundable, if you cancel or leave the hunt early.
Deposits may be transferred to another hunter, but in the same year.
If we cancel the hunt for any reason, then your deposit will be refunded in full.
We highly recommend getting insurance on your hunt in the event you need to cancel your hunt at any time.

Bear Hunting Info/gear list
Spring Black bear hunts run through the month of may and into the first part of June, with the possibility of fall hunts as well. email for dates available.
Bear hunts are six full days of hunting.

deposits are non-refundable,
but can be transferred to another hunter in the same year.

hunter is required to bring a harness, as we hunt out of
tree stands/ladder stands over bait. No Exception
Will have some harness available but if you prefer your own
we encourage you to bring one.

Rental rifles are available

archery hunters to bring at least 12 or more arrows. targets for practice are available to use at the lodge.

travel to and from the stand is by truck, atv or side by side.
​
weather can vary during spring bear hunts. proper clothing as well
as a good set of rain gear will make you hunt more comfortable.
Kuiu hunting gear is a great option.
weather can be 0C (32F) to 20C (68F).
​
bug repellant can be a good idea to bring as the mosquitoes can be bad at this time of year. we find thermacells work great while in the stand. Will have some repellant and thermacells on hand at lodge.
